How do I place an order?
Go to our website and add your desired items to your cart, or complete the custom order form and I will contact you about your order within 1 business day!
Do you have gluten-free, vegan, or allergy free options?
I use real ingredients, including, almond milk, plant-based cream cheese, eggs, and regular butter. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee the sweets will be allergen-free.
Do you ship and deliver?
I do deliver within 35 miles of the Buford area (fees included), but I currently do not ship at this time.
Do you do custom cakes or wedding cakes?
At the moment I do not do custom wedding cakes. Custom lunchbox/bento cakes will be available in the future.
Shipping Policy
I currently do not ship products at this time, but information will still be available should shipping be done in the future.
Due to the perishable nature of my products being perishable goods, I cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please double-check the shipping address for accuracy before placing your order.
Also, I cannot be held responsible for any delays or undelivered orders due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or any situations beyond my control.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of my products being perishable goods, refunds will not be issued. If there is a quality or food safety issue, box up your order and contact me immediately.
Cancellation Policy
For REGULAR orders: If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, you will receive a full refund.
For CUSTOM orders: A 20% deposit is required for all custom orders. If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing, you will receive your deposit back.
If your order is cancelled after 24 hours, you will not receive a refund.
Late Fee Policy
Being late to your scheduled pick up time can interfere with bakery operations. If you are not on time to pick up your order, you will be charged a late fee of 15% of your order total for every 30 minutes that you are late.
In the event that you are unable to arrive on time or need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately so that we can accommodate you.
I will attempt to contact you in the event that you are running late if you don’t contact me first. If you do not communicate with me and are late to your pickup, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
(An invoice of your late fee will be sent upon pickup. If it is not paid, you will not receive your order and will not be able to order from BN’Sweet Bakery.)
